ENFLOW sends a PayPal invoice. Work starts after payment is confirmed.

You receive the answer, sources, Japanese context, contact status, limitations and recommended next step.

The fee is for the agreed research, enquiry and reporting work, not for a third party's reply or a commercial outcome. The accepted written scope controls each project.
